proposal: imap, imap-server, and imap-util

Er, I guess I'm busted on that one :) I built it without ssl and allowing
plaintext passwords (SSLTYPE=none) because that's the way I'd been building
it for awhile (that's a sorry excuse I know). I've been accessing my own
server using ssl, but using a stunnel-like app that allows me to force peer
certificates as an obstacle to prevent intrusions. Hmm, maybe I (or someone
else) could patch imap to use these features of openssl?

Anyway, I will get another package out today with ssl turned back on,
allowing plaintext passwords only in ssl (in other words, the default
options in make).

What do you think about providing the server binaries built with both
options? For instance, /usr/sbin/imapd would be the no-ssl binary and
/usr/sbin/imapsd might be the ssl-enabled binary?

thanks!
